Meet Up Mondays

There are lots of groups across the county for anyone feeling alone.

There are a range of days, locations and times in the local area.

Men's Sheds
Men’s Sheds (or Sheds) are similar to garden sheds – a place to pursue practical interests at leisure, to practice skills and enjoy making and mending.
The difference is that garden sheds and their activities are often solitary in nature while Men’s Sheds are the opposite.

Death Café
At a Death Café people, often strangers, gather to eat cake, drink tea and discuss death. Our objective is 'to increase awareness of death with a view to helping people make the most of their (finite) lives'.

A Death Café is a group directed discussion of death with no agenda, objectives or themes. It is a discussion group rather than a grief support or counselling session.
