Walk On
Walk On is free walking group run by LivingGrief at St Elizabeth Hospice.
Open to anyone who has been bereaved.  45 - 60 min walks in Ipswich and surrounding areas. 
Friendly group meeting every 2 weeks at different locations in East Suffolk.

Usually have coffee and cake after walks to chat.

East of England Co-op Bereavement Support Group
Open to anyone who has been bereaved over the age of 18.

These friendly groups meet in Ipswich every second and fourth Friday of the month from 1.30pm - 3.30pm at West Suffolk College, 11 Fore Street, Ipswich, IP4 1JW.

Men's Sheds
Men’s Sheds (or Sheds) are similar to garden sheds – a place to pursue practical interests at leisure, to practice skills and enjoy making and mending.
The difference is that garden sheds and their activities are often solitary in nature while Men’s Sheds are the opposite.

Winter Warmth
Winter Warmth is a programme of open venues to support the people of Ipswich through the cold months and is coordinated by Together For Ipswich.

Venues will be open to everyone and offer a warm welcome, a warm and safe space, warm refreshments and warm relationships.

Bereavement & Loss Café
The Bereavement Café Ipswich meets on the first Friday of each month, from, 10:30am-12:00pm at On The Huh Café, 3A St Peter's St, Ipswich, IP1 1XF.
The café is open to anyone coping with bereavement and loss, regardless of religion or spiritual level.
